Terms of Use · effective 14 August 2026
Using this site and our services.
These terms govern access to boostforgespark.life and general conditions for Boost Forge Spark Pte. Ltd. services. Specific engagements are also governed by signed quotes or contracts, which prevail if they conflict with these terms.
1. Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. For client work, acceptance occurs when you sign a quote or statement of work.
2. About our services
Boost Forge Spark is an independent marketing studio providing strategy, narrative, channel planning, and production services. We are not a law firm, financial adviser, licensed advertising agency for media buying, or guaranteed-results SEO vendor. Website copy describes methods; it does not promise outcomes. See our footer disclaimer.
3. Website use
You may browse the site for lawful purposes. You may not: scrape content at scale; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malware; misrepresent affiliation with us; or use contact details for unsolicited bulk marketing.
Content — text, layout, branding, CSS, and original photography — is owned by Boost Forge Spark or licensors. You may link to public pages with a fair description. You may not republish substantial excerpts without written permission.
4. Enquiries and appointments
Enquiries through email or phone do not create a client relationship until a quote is signed. We may decline work at our discretion. Appointment times are reserved for confirmed visitors; repeated no-shows may result in declined future bookings.
5. Client engagements
Scope is defined by fitting type and packing list — see Fittings and Crate. Revisions beyond agreed rounds are billable. Timelines depend on timely client feedback and legal clearance. We are not liable for launch delays caused by client-side approval chains.
You warrant that materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights and that you may share customer data you provide. You indemnify us against claims arising from content you supplied without disclosure of restrictions.
Deliverable ownership: upon full payment, you receive usage rights specified in your contract — typically broad internal and campaign use. We retain portfolio rights only as agreed in writing; public case studies require separate consent. Pre-existing tools and frameworks remain ours.
6. Fees and payment
Fees are quoted in writing before work begins. Invoices are due within fourteen days unless stated otherwise. Late payment may pause work. Deposits for campaign crates are non-refundable once bay time is scheduled unless we cancel.
7. Confidentiality
We treat client briefs and unreleased materials as confidential. We may name clients only with permission. Anonymised proof on the Proof Wall and Catalogue removes identifying marks. Mutual confidentiality terms in contracts supersede this summary.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from site use or general enquiries.
For paid engagements, liability is capped at fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim unless gross negligence or wilful misconduct applies. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections if you qualify elsewhere.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance for website use. Active clients receive notice of material service term changes.

11. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events outside reasonable control — pandemic restrictions, utility outages, government orders — provided notice is given promptly. We reschedule bay time rather than charging for days the studio cannot open.
12. Subcontractors
Translators, illustrators, or print partners may assist under confidentiality. We remain responsible for their work to you as if performed by us, unless your contract assigns direct vendor relationships. Subcontractors do not contact your customers without permission.
13. Publicity
We may list your company name in a client list only with written approval. Anonymised proof is described on Proof Wall. Press mentions require separate consent — we do not issue joint press releases unless agreed and co-signed.
Assignment: you may not assign contract benefits without our consent except in corporate restructures where the surviving entity assumes obligations. We may assign to a successor entity with notice if Boost Forge Spark reorganises — unlikely, but stated for completeness.
Severability: if one clause is unenforceable, the remainder stands. Waiver of a breach is not waiver of future breaches. Headings are for convenience only.
Entire agreement for website use is these terms plus privacy and cookies. Client contracts add statements of work that supersede website summaries when they conflict.
16. Indemnity scope
Client indemnity covers claims arising from materials you supplied without disclosing restrictions — for example stock photos you said were licensed but were not. Our indemnity to you covers claims that our original copy infringes third-party copyright when we wrote it without your supplied source material.
Neither party indemnifies the other for indirect losses except where prohibited by law. Prompt notice of claims is required so both sides can defend properly.
17. Order of precedence
Signed statements of work beat these website terms. These website terms beat informal email summaries. If a packing list conflicts with a statement of work, the statement of work wins — contact hello immediately to reconcile documents before work continues.
Force majeure events suspend timelines but not payment for work already delivered. Partial deliveries are invoiced proportionally when milestones complete.
18. Interpretation
Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. "Writing" includes email unless a contract requires registered mail. "Business days" exclude Singapore public holidays.
Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. You may not represent yourself as an agent of Boost Forge Spark except during co-branded events we approve in writing.
Third-party platform terms bind you when you publish our deliverables. We are not responsible for account suspensions caused by platform policy changes after delivery.
These terms were last reviewed 14 August 2026 alongside the privacy and cookie policies — read all three before using the site or engaging the studio.
Continued browsing after updates constitutes acceptance for website use only — signed contracts are unchanged unless we notify you directly.
